I became aware of my love for drawing when I was a very young girl. In the years of my youth, my parents, myself, and my siblings moved few times from one country to another, in 1960 we settled in the USA. 

In the states as a teenager I attended high school and majored in art, it was at that point in my life that I was introduced to painting with oils. I immediately became aware of the wonderful qualities oil paints had to offer, I loved its rich textures, and the ease of applying oils unto canvas. Since then it has became my primary medium of expression when I paint. I also use coloring pencils, but always tend to go back to oils.
